Most girls I meet think I am a player even before they talk to me. How should I avoid being wrongly judged?

Everyone thinks the same thing about my boyfriend. Sometimes even me. He flirts with every female (I think he's just friendly with girls), he's very secretive (specifically with that cell phone), and he has a way with words. A smooth talker I guess you could say. He does admit that he's had with a lot of girls but he also stresses that he's never cheated on anyone. Do you have any of those qualities?
