Help! I watched the beginning of a scary movie yesterday. How do i get it out of my head?

I saw the first twenty minutes of AmityVille Horror, and i can't get the creepy little girl out of my head! Help! i slept on the couch, and watched movies that i knew for a fact COULD NEVER scare me. (cuz seriously, how scary are Wall-E and Finding Nemo?) and i just kept playing them over and over cuz i couldn't bear the silence. I've suffered from an overactive imagination for years, and this is seriously freaking me out.
