Will Bob Arum sacrifice Foreman's career to build the Pacquiao legend. Foreman is the WBA Jr. Middleweight champ. He is a Top Rank fighter and a win over him would give Pacquiao a 8th world title in an 8 weight cl. I expect Arum to negotiate Floyd out of fighting Pacquiao and go this route.
