Catholics: Luke 11:27-28..."As He was speaking a woman in the crowd lifted up her voice and said blessed is

the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou has sucked....but Jesus said yea rather, blesseth are those that hear the Word of God and keep it. In John 2:5 His mother saith unto the servants "Whatsoever He saith unto you do it." Jesus loved Mary, but never placed her as an idol or put her on a pinnacle. She was like any other woman to him, while doing His Father's will here on earth. Then, why is Mary an advocate figure in the Catholic church?
