How dumb was mark Shapiro of the Indians? givin up Lee for 4 crappy prospects?

I mean the cy young award winner of the american league has come from Cleveland 2 straight years. And each year the indians have traded them away. Shapiro should have atleast damanded more from phili like drabek, corrasco, Dom brown, Donald, and that catcher. or instead traded Lee to LA for Kershaw, or billingly. Tell me what you think??
