HELP!.. A teenager using timeout?

If she has a disability, you can't send her outside alone. You could make her sit by herself in a corner of the room. The first thing you should do is talk to her parents. They may have suggestions on how to deal with it. If they don't, mention that you thought timeouts might help and see how they react to your suggestion.
