Should I go to the hospital?

Ok so this is a little gross ... But Starting yesterday mourning at about 10 I started having constipation! Then after the constipation ended I have had diarrhoea and nausea(I haven't vomited) every since! Last night I started feeling better at about 9 ... after having consumed (throughout the day) 3 tums, 1 gravel, 1 ammonium, 1 advil and 1 teaspoon of Pepto Bismol. Also I have EXTREME pain in my abdomen. It is located right below my belly on. Last night after having taken all those meds I felt better and ate. Then I woke up this morning to the same pain and uncontrollable diarrhoea! ShouldI go to the hospital? Has anyone had these symptoms??
