Are these safe during pregnancy?

If I were you, I would just buy something like Pregnacare by Vitabiotics. From what I've read, it's always better to be safe and not take a regular multivitamin. This OTC pregnancy multivitamin is very good. and is reasonably prices... it was like 4.85 for me for a months worth. Whether or not the amount of Vitamin A is safe or not or an animal form, I would recommend just getting the one for pregnancy just in case! xx
