Can your ethnicthy change?

ok here i go, i was born mixed race black and white i always used to look a little on the white side so one day my parents carried me by this spiritual counselor because i was behaving bad so he went in his spiritual trance and told me that i did not like my black side and also said that my worst fear was to be ugly and dark skinned.so i went home ,and since then my complexion has darkened my hair is rougher than before and my face is turing corpse like, i told my parents that the man put some kind of curse on me and they do not believe me, everywhere i go people are calling me ugly my life has turned for the worse i truly believe that this man put some spell on me. please do not laugh or make any rde comments cause i am talking the truth, what should i do.
