If obama was president in sept 11th 2001,how would he have handled it differently?

based on how he is now i would say no different than clinton did in 93 with the first trade centre bombing! bomb a couple of bin ladin camps and told America they are safe!that would be until the bigger and better al quida attacked again or santions ha ha! saddam would have still be alive and draining America of billions a week to keep him in check! or obama would have go to bagdad use him charm and gift of the gab to get saddam give up hand over iraq ,like he is doing to get Russia and china to do what he wants right now! NOTHING! nobody is listening to this guy internationally!china is still using slave labour to get the cheapest products out to the world market while obama main concern is national health care which will cost America 1 trillion over ten yrs and i thought obama cares about the recession?every promise he made will cost America billions where will he get the money to pay for all this promises ?from a cash strap country in a deep recession ?the great depression happen before because the rich went broke ,seems to me obama is out to break the rich by going after them,and in doing so will more likely bring on another great depression before he brings us out of one! a politican said it perfectly when he said obama won by saying the country broke under BUSH 10 months ago now all of a sudden America can afford his trillion dollar plan?come on people since when does 2 -1 = 4?bush use to talk in bilions now obama is talking in trillions and America is blind to this oxymoron?
