Ideas for a boring afternoon!?

Me, my sister and her friend are stuck inside on a horrible day and we're all bored. We're 10, 11 and 13 but all a bit childish. There are no cooking resources or arty crafty things in the house so we have nothing to do!!! Any ideas? We need to kill a couple of ideas before dinner!!
