SONY MYLO OR IPOD TOUCH help here 10 points?

Skip the internet idea and look at a Cowon D2. The specs are awesome (50 hrs audio, if I recall correctly) And it can decode FLAC audio files, most video files and has a 2.5" touchscreen which is almost the entire size of the player. It comes in 2GB and 4GB and both have SDHC expandability.
