How do you get clear skin? i have acne and it's ruining my life :(?

i'm 16 and i have moderate acne severity. I see people with clear skin and it really makes me sad wishing my skin was as good as theres. can you guys give me any secrets that help you have clear skin? i'm desperate. I REALLY HATE ACNE.
