Would my McDonalds register be short if I...?

today a lady got 2 drinks and a mocha-f (how ever you spell it) but i accidentially typed in a parfait instead. the cash register already opened before i realized what i did, so i threw away the receit and did it again, this time typing in the 2 drinks and the mocha-f. will the system think that the lady didnt pay enough money, and will they think my register is short on money?
