Wanna start a planted aquarium..help please.?

I have a 46 gallon tank with a t5ho plant fixture. I dont want to deal with c02 though. What plants can I grow that dont demand alot of c02? If I use excel in my tank should I use a airstone at night cause I hear this kills the air in the water and fish will start gasping. I like water wisteria and vals and maybe ludwiga. What you all think. Also I have 10 neons, 3 albino cories and 5 glo fish. Can I add anyting else to it? Oh yea and some red cherry shrimp and ghost shrimp.
