Name of a alicia sylverstone movie?

It a movie with Alicia Sylverstone and keither sullivan. Something like she was in jail then escapes while they were transporting her. She escapes from a gas station and kills one of the cops. She hich hikes and keither sullivan picks her up and I think he trys to her and she kicks his really bad. Hes left for dead I think..then later on in the movie he somehow meets up with her and she is on trail for almost killing him. He is in a wheel chair with on eof those head braces keeping his head up. I cant remember the whole movie just parts...but If you know please do tell..and how would I find out?
