Africa takes on the role South America and Asia have taken in their relationships with the U.S.A, as it relates to outsourcing, off shoring, etc. When Asia and India become full fledged super-powers, and the U.S.A has to contend with , not only being indebted to several countries, by being in a multi-polar world, will companies start shipping jobs to Africa the way they've been shipped to Asia. Or are exploits of non-Africans in Africa going to remain "go there, take their s!^t (oil, gold, etc) , patronize them, and then as a souvenir, start a few coups before we leave
