Can i get a job at at bank with a misdeamnor poss. of chemic?

I currently work in financial services .I have been working for H&R BLOCK 4 years and offering banking products with them. I really would like to move on from that though and work full time -year round at a bank. Is it possible for me to work at a bank?When I got arrested I was 19 they dismissed the case however a year or so latter the came back at me and (refiled it ) whatever and gave me a year probation. At the time I was pregnant with my first child jobless, with no way of doing community service(pregnant). I gave birth during the course of my probation and after 3 months I started looking for a job/found one but was violated on my probation anyways the last month of probation for restitiution (hadnt started my job yet and lost my job because I went to jail). I have looked up expungement and non-disclosures but I dont think I have a case since I violated my probation. Can anyone help
