A 14 year old Girl posting photos on Myspace, Does punishment fit the Crime?

Just when I thought I heard everything. What will kids think up next. I'm not certain she should be registered as a offender, but certainly some form of disciplinary action should be taken. Her parents should also feel the brunt of the law. Obviously there was little control over their daughter's use of the internet and the family camera. It sounds like she was spending too much time unsupervised.
